Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Eywa.lol. Usernames may be reclaimed if an account is inactive for an extended period or violates these Terms.

You agree not to use Eywa.lol to:

• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or infringes on someone else's rights
• Impersonate another person or organization in a misleading way
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute other users' profile data without permission
• Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or moderation systems

You retain ownership of the text, images, audio, and other content you upload to your profile (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant Eywa.lol a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it as part of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to upload and share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Certain features (themes, effects, uploads, and other customization options) are available only to Premium or Supporter members through a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed via our payment providers.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the Service or other users. Where appropriate, we'll attempt to notify you and explain why.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will remove your public profile and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Eywa.lol is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eywa.lol and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
