Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — email address, username, and a securely hashed password
• Profile content — display name, bio, avatar/banner images, links, social handles, audio uploads, and other customization you add
• Connected accounts — if you link Discord or Roblox, we store the public account information those services return (e.g. username, avatar, badges)
• Usage data — page views, profile view counts, and basic device/browser information collected automatically
• Payment data — for Premium purchases and tips, payments are processed by Stripe and our gamepass partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Display your public profile to visitors as you've configured it
• Process payments and grant Premium/Supporter access
• Communicate with you about your account, security, or support requests
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms

Content you add to a public profile (display name, avatar, banner, bio, links, badges, and similar customization) is visible to anyone who visits your profile URL, unless you enable private or password-protected visibility.

Your email address, password, payment details, and account settings are never shown on your public profile.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for lightweight preferences such as your selected interface language. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Eywa.lol (such as payment processors and hosting infrastructure), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services, or when required by law.

We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and associated content are removed from public view and permanently deleted from our active database within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

You can edit or delete most of your profile content at any time from the dashboard editor. You can also make your profile private, password-protect it, or delete your account entirely from account settings.

Eywa.lol is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
